Maritime Cybersecurity Training provides structured competence development for maritime personnel on cyber risk management and cyber resilience for shipboard operations.

The training aligns with IMO guidance on maritime cyber risk management (MSC-FAL.1/Circ.3/Rev.3) and supports the integration of cyber risk controls into the Safety Management System (SMS) under the ISM Code, consistent with IMO Resolution MSC.428(98).

The course content is developed by practicing cybersecurity professionals and reflects current and emerging threats with specific relevance to shipboard systems, communications, and operational workflows.

Shipboard Cybersecurity Fundamentals (All Crew) is an introductory course for shipboard personnel on both yachts and commercial vessels, focused on how cyber risk affects ship safety, operational continuity, and communications.

The course explains the difference between IT (office/guest networks and data) and OT (navigation, propulsion and control systems), highlights common real-world threats (phishing, unsafe USB use, uncontrolled vendor access), and provides practical crew actions for prevention and the first response to incidents, aligned with the ISM Code (SMS) principles and company procedures.

No prior cybersecurity knowledge is required.
